The app shows no kilometres
Check that Camino at Home may read distance: Settings → Apps → Health → Data Access & Devices → Camino at Home, and turn on Walking + Running Distance and Wheelchair Distance. If you have only just started walking with this iPhone, there may simply be no history yet; the first kilometres appear after your next walk.
Counting cycling
Open Settings in the app and switch on Count cycling. From that day on, each kilometre on the bike counts as half a kilometre on foot. Allow Cycling Distance when iOS asks.
Restoring the Pilgrim Pass
In the app, open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account you bought the Pass with.
A new iPhone
Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on. When you open the app, it offers to continue your Pilgrimage, and your Health history fills in the kilometres.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases: reportaproblem.apple.com.
